
Channel Sales Manager - Consumer Products and Retail (Indonesia)

- Forecast and manage channel and direct sales
- Lead and manage channel partners to ensure partner quota achievement
- Meet individual sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements
- Lead and co-sell key strategic customers with channel partners
- Create program and initiatives to lead the channel partners to enter key markets
- Help channel partners to close business deals
- Recruit new channel partners and enable them with the help of the technical team
- Work closely with channel partners to resolve conflicts (if any)
- Engage with channel partners and end users to maximize share of wallet within LAER practice
- Drive policy matters and compliance with partners/customers
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering/Computing or equivalent
- At least 10 years of sales experience with a proven track of sales record in enterprise system
- Selling (ERP/CRM) in CP&R process industry
- Experience in direct sales is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage very complex software selling with proven ability in achieving
- Target through a channel partner model
- Good business acumen foresights in managing forecasts and targets
- IT savvy and ability to multitasks
- Dynamic with excellent leadership and high level of accountability
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to analyse issues and resolve conflicts
- Attention to details, thoroughness, and high level of accountability
- Negotiation and objection & conflicts handling skills
- Self-starter and ability to work well under pressure and self-motivated
