- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, and medspas.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, new technologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network in the aesthetic and dermatology sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
