- Ensure excellence in execution of CRM & Careline activation by fully using touchpoint potential through integration and inter linkage with digital media platform.
- Improve consumer's lifetime value via CRM program.
- Support the development of new CRM initiatives by looking at the recent CRM technology in the market.
- Audience segmentation & customer activation planning using HubSpot with approved regional CRM platform.
- Continue to minimize consumer's complaint or negative feedback by giving a fast model approach ensuring all complaints handled in timely manner.
- Propose goals and important metrics for each plan and supervise ongoing result for CRM & careline.
- Build effective and collaborative internal and cross function relationship as well as with external parties by dealing them as a partner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Communications or any related field
- Professional experience with 3 to 5 years' in Careline/CRM and Insights.
- Certified as HubSpot specialist is required. (Salesforce capability is a plus)
- Familiarity with AEM, Magento, and any other CLP is a requirement.
- Expert in CRM segmentation, activation, & marketing automation.
- Marketing experience in any FMCG or tech industry.
- Experience in implementing coordinated marketing campaigns and working with regional team.
- Analytic, conceptual skills & creative thinking.
- Experience in Project management is desired.
