Job Description - Request, receive, and verify import shipping documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO) from suppliers/forwarders in accordance with ETA - Ensure compliance with Indonesian Customs Law and related regulations (Permendag, Kemendag, KLH, BPOM, Quarantine) - Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and registered in the system (SAP or logistics systems) on time - Coordinate with the Customs Clearance PIC to hand over verified documents for the clearance process - Track shipment schedules and follow up on delayed or missing documents - Maintain organized document filing to support audits and reporting requirements - Support the creation of business flows, SOPs, and workflow documentation - Conduct data research, prepare reports, and assist in presentation preparation for group leaders, team leaders, or department heads - Contribute ideas for innovation and process improvement - Perform other related duties as assigned by managementJob Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Business , or related field - High conversational English or above - At least 2 years of experience in Logistics Administration & Documentation within Trading, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Supply Chain - Understanding of end-to-end export/import processes and familiarity with relevant regulations - Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion); familiar with SAP and logistics systems (INSW, CEISA, TPB/Bonded Zone System, and TPS Online) - Strong attention to detail
