- Supervise and lead the sales team for Aki/Battery Products, ensuring they achieve and exceed their sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies specifically tailored for battery and energy storage solutions.
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategy implementation.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials for Aki/Battery Products.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of competitor offerings.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth in the battery or renewable energy sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market insights effectively.
- Knowledge of battery technologies, energy storage solutions, and related market trends is a significant advantage.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in smart home technology is a plus.
