Mandarin Speaker Marketing Staff/Senior – Leasing (A-102698)

• The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
• Our client is a Multinational Leasing company. Currently, they are looking for Mandarin Speaker Marketing Staff/Senior.

• Introduce products, develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers and suppliers in order to get new business.
• Conduct feasibility studies of the customers in terms of their creditworthiness.
• Prepare the initial proposal, credit proposals, analyze and examine lease applications, and appraise the credit risk of the customers, and present all these to superior.
• Follow up the collection of customer's documents and visit customers to observe first-hand their condition.
• Get confirmation from the superior in accordance with the amount of disbursement to pay which has to follow the company rules.
• Implement Marketing Policies & Operating Procedures that is linked to the company's business strategy.
• Ensure payment (collection) from the customers.
• Prepare and submit Marketing Reports regularly.
• Give responses and follow-up the work requirements and instructions which are given by superior and management in accomplishing duties.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

• Hold Bachelor degree in Economics or related field, from reputable university/foreign graduates with minimum IPK 3.00 (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• 1 year of experience in Financing/Banking industry.
• High Conversational Mandarin skills and Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
• Maximum 28 years old.
• Knows accounting and financial analysis.
• Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point).
