- Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
- Lead enhancements in user experience (UX), website architecture, and design to improve engagement and conversion.
- Staying informed about industry trends to implement innovative marketing techniques.
- Managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure project alignment.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the brand's presence on TikTok or other platforms and through affiliate partnerships.
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Analyze digital campaign data to derive insights and improve campaign efficiency.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing within the FMCG/ecommerce/marketing agency industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience working with creative and digital agencies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
