- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across Corporate teams, working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and define hiring strategies.
- Act as a strategic talent partner, leveraging data, insights, and market intelligence to inform hiring decisions, workforce planning, and talent pipelining.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, increase quality of hire, and elevate the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partners to deliver a compelling and seamless hiring journey.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and helping build team capabilities to ensure high-quality and consistent recruitment delivery.
- Lead at least one project in recruitment that impacts the wider team and its impact.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on mid and senior-level hiring
- Proven success in regional hiring with a deep understanding of local talent landscapes and competitive dynamics.
- Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Employer Branding, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partners, to deliver holistic hiring solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders, including VPs and Directors.
- Demonstrated experience in driving recruiting process improvements, enhancing efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written-with the ability to engage, align, and partner effectively across teams.
- Analytical and metrics-driven, with experience using recruitment data and insights to shape strategy, report performance, and guide decision-making.
