As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of our People team and support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while building your understanding of recruitment strategies in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.Support other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.Good communication in English (both verbal & written).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and well-organized with good time management skills.Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.).Able to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta.Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.Benefits:Paid internshipExposure to multi-brand and multi-industry recruitment processesOpportunity to work closely with experienced Talent Acquisition professionals
