Risk Management Intern

• Assist in identifying, recording, and monitoring risks across all company functions.
• Collect and analyze risk data for reporting purposes.
• Support the development of monthly or quarterly risk reports.
• Assist in conducting risk studies on competitors and fintech industry developments.
• Support the creation or revision of SOPs, policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Provide analysis that contributes to decision-making.

• currently enrolled in risk management, finance, accounting, industrial engineering, information systems, business, or other related fields.
• understanding of basic risk management concepts (identification, assessment, mitigation).
• proficient in microsoft excel (functions such as vlookup, and pivot table) and google sheets.
• able to read and process data (knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus).
• basic understanding of fintech business processes or electronic money services.
• strong critical and analytical thinking skills in evaluating data and processes.
• detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly curious about potential risks.
• able to deliver analysis results effectively, both in written and verbal communication.
• capable of collaborating and coordinating across departments such as operations, technology, and compliance.
• proactive, responsible, and with high integrity.
• quick to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• disciplined and able to work independently as well as in a team.
