LI] Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Job Description:

Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's ERM framework, policies, and procedures.

Support risk identification and assessment processes across different business units and functions.

Analyze and evaluate risks using quantitative and qualitative methods, including risk modeling and scenario analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

Monitor and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Assist in conducting risk reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Provide support in the development and delivery of risk management training programs for

employees. * Stay updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting theorganization.

Participate in special projects and initiatives related to risk management as assigned by the ERM

team or management.Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 6 years’ experience in risk management, preferably within financial services or banking

Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in risk assessment techniques, risk modelling, and scenario analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with risk management software tools and platforms is a plus.
