AYANA Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry and we are currently seeking a Jr. Expat Japanese Guest Relation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel guests from Japan have a memorable and comfortable experience during their stay. You will serve as a liaison between the hotel and our Japanese guests, providing assistance with their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be fluent in both Japanese and English.Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in process
Provide guidance and assistance to guests during their stay
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
Handle complaints and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner
Develop and maintain relationships with guests to promote long-term loyalty
Assist with booking and coordinating guest activities and events
Assist guests with transportation and airport transfers

Requirements

Fluency in both Japanese and English
Experience working in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented and able to anticipate guest needs
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
Flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
