- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in process
- Provide guidance and assistance to guests during their stay
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Handle complaints and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to promote long-term loyalty
- Assist with booking and coordinating guest activities and events
- Assist guests with transportation and airport transfers
- Fluency in both Japanese and English
- Experience working in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented and able to anticipate guest needs
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
