Based in Jakarta, you'll be in the driver's seat to scale Youtap's Online POS SaaS, build a fast-moving sales engine, and capture the hearts (and wallets 💳) of merchants, QSRs, and restaurants nationwide.This isn't your typical sales role.

Who You Are

7+ years in sales, with 3+ years in SaaS/Fintech/Tech-but you still bring a startup hustle mentality.
Proven success building and scaling digital-first sales teams in Indonesia.
A master of CRM, growth funnels, and digital lead gen.
Deep insights into SME, QSR, and restaurant ecosystems.
A natural storyteller and deal-closer with killer negotiation and relationship skills.
Data-obsessed, AI literate, target-driven, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia + English.
