Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is hiring on behalf of a leading healthcare institution. Our client is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager with at least 10 years of experience in managing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations.The role involves overseeing procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supplier management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting the company's overall goals. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving performance in a dynamic environment is essential.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business goals and improve efficiency.
Identify opportunities to cut costs, streamline processes, and build supply chain resilience.
Oversee procurement to ensure quality goods and services are sourced at competitive prices.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or excess.
Ensure smooth warehouse operations, including accurate storage and timely distribution.
Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and transport providers for timely deliveries.
Work with logistics partners to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve supply chain performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and proactively manage supply chain risks.
Collaborate with other departments to align supply chain activities with business needs.
Support planning for product development and customer demand.
Lead, mentor, and develop a strong supply chain team focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain tools (e.g., SAP).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, including import/export compliance and safety standards.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
