Supply Chain Management Manager

• Fully responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the Warehouse, Procurement, and Customer Care divisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, stakeholders, and customers.
• Prepare and manage the operational budget for related departments.
• Ensure all transactions in the warehouse are properly recorded and documented.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of government regulations related to export/import processes.
• Established network with freight forwarders and experience coordinating with them.
• Strong understanding of logistics regulations, customs clearance, and customer service policies.
• Prior experience in retail and distribution is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Malang City.
