Their services extend beyond retail to wholesale distribution, including the supply, installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioners, water heaters, and water pumps for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, supported by a team of experienced professionals.As a Sales Project, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building strong relationships with customers, providing product education, and ensuring successful project execution. You will represent the company in a professional manner while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to follow-up and closing transactions, particularly in the retail electronics and laundry business sector.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.Conduct effective negotiations to secure sales deals and project agreements.Provide product education and consultation to customers, ensuring they fully understand the offered solutions.Follow up with potential clients to successfully convert prospects into transactions.Act as a professional representative of the company, maintaining a positive image and providing fast responses to customer inquiries.Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge, features, and pricing to support sales activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication, Management, or related field.Maximum age of 35 years.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project sales, preferably in retail electronics (washing machines).Strong understanding and knowledge of the laundry business.Well-groomed, professional appearance (female candidates preferred).Owns private vehicle and is able to drive both cars and motorcycles.Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.Eager to continuously learn and develop professionally.Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
