- Management of the administrative, shipment and packing aspects of the repair process.
- Setting up on-site Supply Window allowing Door to Door service for the repairs and the replenishment
- Inspection of equipment’s and packing as well as associated documentation when delivered by the Customer at the supply windows together with the TA (Technical Assistants)
- Filling in Thales Information System of the program.
- Sharing information regarding Thales Rafale equipment’s availability (availability and AOG risks).
- Support the Customer regarding logistic flows organization and stock management (inventories, batch management, etc.)
- Management of transport and customs aspects as necessary,
- Management of operational data for managing the availability through KPIs, report on customer needs, proposals of action plans or improvement if needed.
- Manage the local forwarding agent responsible for the transport as well as custom aspects is necessary.
- Consolidate operational data (Flight hours, AOG, OLM/ILM failures, stock level, reliability, etc.).
- Participate with the customer in the establishment of the contractual KPIs
- Report to the customer and Thales team (PM/WPM, Technical Assistants, Local Representative, and Front Office).
- Report user/customer needs
- Help the program to build proposals and action plans.
- Management of the customer relationship by maintaining a good level of reporting from local base to Thales central bases.
- Be attuned to the customer, maintain good relations between customer and Thales, and be a proactive in the reporting of risks of dissatisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer, maintain the level of customer knowledge through continuous training and maintain a high level of confidence.
- Build and strengthen local relationship with others FLR (Dassault, Safran) as well as other local stakeholders.
- Ability to manage the in-out logistics flows in autonomy
- Good relationship, autonomy and strong team working ability with local and remote relations.
- Reactivity and adaptability are weight criteria.
- Rigorous, able to convince and negotiate in difficult situations.
- Having a sense of service: you know how to maintain a relationship of trust with your client.
- Level of education, MSc (or equivalent) with deep knowledge of supply chain activities and information systems.
- Indonesian language is mandatory; Proficiency in English is essential due to the nature of the work, and knowledge of French would be considered a valuable asset.
- Industrial logistics / Supply chain management experience.
- International logistic environment.
- Customer relationship experience.
- Thales production / repair line knowledge would be a plus.
- Aeronautics / Air Force experience would be a plus.
