We are looking for a hands-on, driven, and organized Team Leader who will lead and manage the Marketing Executive (ME) team, focusing on driving offline marketing activities to acquire new students. This role will oversee day-to-day execution, coaching, and operational excellence of the field team to ensure aggressive acquisition targets are met through events, partnerships, school collaborations, and on-ground activations.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Marketing Executive Team: Set targets, monitor performance, and manage daily activities.Drive Offline Marketing: Plan and execute school collaborations, mall booths, community events, and neighborhood canvassing.Ensure Operational Readiness: Manage scheduling, booth setup, and prep marketing materials.Coach & Develop: Train and mentor MEs, run regular reviews, and share best practices.Coordinate with HQ: Align with Marketing, Product, and Operations on strategy and feedback.Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in offline marketing, field sales, or event activation (education, FMCG, or related industries)
Proven experience leading a small-to-medium team
Strong hands-on execution and operational management
Skilled in managing multiple offline events, partnerships, and field activities
Comfortable working with targets, lead pipelines, and sales conversion metrics
Strong interpersonal skills for coaching, partnership-building, and daily team management
