We are looking for a Fare Load and Pricing Team Leader to manage land related queries including addressing AP queries, managing the Holding table, and investigating adjustments/error supplements. You also need to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations exercise
communication within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.To succeed in this role, you should have a high level of attention to detail, self-motivated with strong analytical and good English skill.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Oversight

Manage the team's daily operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high performance standards.
Supervise and guide the team in all aspects of their work to foster productivity and collaboration. Technical Expertise and Escalation

Serve as the escalation point for team queries, leveraging your knowledge of land product loading processes to provide technical assistance.

Investigating adjustments/error supplements, addressing account payable queries, managing the holding table.
You will need carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks and analysis write-off report.
You will ensure that all work is processed according to the team's minimum standards and report any issues or system limitations to your direct supervisor.

3. Client Communication

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding team-related queries.
Support the Senior Team Leader and Account Leader during client calls, providing technical insights and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Proven experience in leading teams of 5 or more membersStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage internal teams as well as client expectationsFlexibility in working hours to accommodate client requirementsIntermediate proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-makingHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy
