- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and any other methods.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years in similar role experience.
- Professional proficiency in English (Fully capable in interviewing in English and discuss the hiring progress in English).
