We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to attract top-tier talent to our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs and implement best practices in talent acquisition.Job Descriptions:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and any other methods.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years in similar role experience.
Professional proficiency in English (Fully capable in interviewing in English and discuss the hiring progress in English).
