We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support the Token Metrics Human Resources department. The Technical Recruiter role at Token Metrics is focused on people operations and preserving Token Metrics' unique culture in terms of how we recruit, hire, and develop outstanding people. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Token Metrics, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing team aligned with our company's goals and culture.Key Outcomes

Time to Hire

Reduce the average hiring time to fewer than 30 days within a 90-day

the recruitment process for efficiency and speed without compromising onFeedback

Achieve and maintain a candidate satisfaction score of 90% or

a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitmentCompetenciesTechnical Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent

understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and marketwith ATS

Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar

in managing and optimizing candidatewith Recruiting Tool

Extensive experience using recruiting tools such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and

in sourcing and engaging top-tierSkills

Strong written and verbal communication

to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional
