- Design and develop training programs that meet the specific needs of various departments and enhance employee performance.
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and observations.
- Create a culture of continuous learning by encouraging knowledge sharing and the pursuit of professional development.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences.
- Evaluate training outcomes and impact using metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the training budget and ensure the effective allocation of resources.
- Support a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
- Proficient in e-learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Komodo Island.
