- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of AYANA Komodo
- Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring all departments are aligned with hotel standards and guest expectations
- Monitor staff performance and conduct training sessions to promote professional development
- Implement operational strategies and policies to achieve business goals
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the premises
- Resolve guest concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively
- Participate in strategic decision-making and contribute to the hotel's marketing initiatives
- At least 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong guest-oriented attitude
