Job Description -Develop and optimize chemical blowing agent systems for use in EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), and rubber footwear components. -Collaborate with compounders and process engineers to enhance foam properties (e.g., density, resilience, compression set, cell structure). -Design and conduct lab-scale experiments, pilot trials, and support scale-up to production level. -Work closely with cross-functional teams: production, QC, marketing, and customers for product customization and troubleshooting. -Stay up to date on regulatory changes and sustainability trends impacting footwear chemical formulations. -Prepare technical documentation: formulation guidelines, trial reports, and customer support materials. -Interface with raw material suppliers to evaluate new technologies and materials. -Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement ・Bachelor's degree from Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or any related field ・Min 3 years of experience in polymer compounding, foam technology, or blowing agent formulation from footwear industry ・Have experience with materials like foamed rubber, EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) foam compounding ・Business level of English ・Hands-on experience with lab-scale mixing, foaming, and physical testing (e.g., density, rebound, compression).
