Job DescriptionWe are currently assisting a Chinese Household Appliances Importir looking for a seasoned Finance Accounting and Tax Manager (Head) to lead its FAT division.Job Description:
  • Lead and oversee Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations with strong emphasize on Tax
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statutory filings.
  • Organize and monitor daily transactions and balances, ensuring accuracy in the General Ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain Cash Flow Forecasts; monitor daily cash flow and bank balances.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax reports (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25).
  • Ensure full compliance with tax authority regulations, especially for import duties (PPh 22).
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant external parties when necessary.
  • Implement and maintain sound internal controls and financial policies

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin both written and oral is a must. Preferably HSK 4 certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience as an Finance, Accounting & Tax role.
  • Have experience managing multiple entities in a Group Company
  • Certified in Brevet A & B.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PPh 21, 22, 23, 25.
  • Proficient in financial and tax software such as SAP, Accurate, Zahir, Coretax, and other tax systems
