Creator Management (Mandarin Speaking) - Marketing

• Take ownership of managing and developing multiple MCN for Shopee Live, Shopee Video and Shopee Affiliate in Social Media
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive the growth and engagement of creators/MCNs
• Monitor and analyze the daily performance of creators/MCNs
• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and address any issues or concerns that arise
• Facilitated strategic partnerships between MCN and Shopee sellers to drive collaborative marketing and sales initiatives

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• 1+ years of experience in influencer management/marketing preferred
• Knowledgeable in creator management or content commerce
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in Ms. Excel; Google Sheets
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
