- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries including creative, media, advertising, and events.
- Develop and implement sales plans to grow the client base and extend market presence
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, brands, sponsors, and agencies
- Manage ongoing client communication, presentations, proposal development, and contract discussions
- Provide tailored solutions that align with client needs and Stun.gg’s service offerings
- Drive revenue through sponsorships, brand activations, and sales of event-based solutions
- Work with internal teams to create impactful and results-oriented sales proposals and decks
- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client deliverables
- Monitor and report on sales progress, client feedback, and evolving market conditions
- Identify areas for improvement in current sales approaches and contribute to process enhancements
- Stay informed on relevant market trends, industry movements, and market positioning
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement—preferably from an agency or creative services background
- Proven ability to grow client portfolios and manage high-value relationships
- Skilled in building proposals, pitching, and closing deals with key stakeholders
- Experience with sponsorship or media sales is an advantage
- Knowledge of the eSports or gaming industry is a plus but not essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communicator with excellent relationship-building and presentation capabilities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and team-oriented environment
