- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Supervise sales operations of sales team.
- Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team.
- Implement strategies to sell products or services.
- Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
- Promote and sell John Crane products in accordance with the company policy, pricing guidelines and regulations
- Follow business ethics and compliance
- Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
- Active participation and contribution to specific safety initiatives in meetings.
- Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
- Actively promote positive safety culture.
- Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
- Compliance to work instructions.
- Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
- Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit
- Other duties as assigned.
- The person is responsible for East Indonesia number.
- The person is responsible for managing and driving all AM contract related tasks and day to day activities based at assigned customer site.
- At least minimum 9 years' experience in similar capacity
- Had experience in managing people
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Sound knowledge of rotating and process equipment, knowledge of mechanical seals
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate in both written and spoken English
