Plan, execute, and monitor projects following PMLC & SDLC.
Create and manage project timelines agreed upon by the team.
Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders and management.
Identify and resolve project issues, escalating when necessary.
Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality and budget control.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates.

Min. 2 years experience as IT PM in banking (min. client PM)
Experience in Banking Industry
Strong understanding of Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) & Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Able to create timeline which has been discussed and agreed by project team
Critical thinking to solve project impediments, know when to escalate
Proactive, consistent, and independent in managing projects.
As a leader to manage the team, monitor project milestone and well collaboration and coordination among project team, impacted team and management/ PM head
