We’re looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across our engineering and product teams. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, and helping the team deliver with efficiency and focus.Job Descriptions:

⁠Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear project scopes and deliverables
⁠Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget
⁠Develop comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and resource plans
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective collaboration
Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
⁠Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources
⁠Conduct regular project meetings and provide transparent status updates to all relevant stakeholders
⁠Ensure all project activities comply with internal standards, industry best practices, and applicable regulations
⁠Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and workflows
⁠Prepare and present detailed project reports and post-implementation reviews to senior management

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
⁠Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within a tech-driven or digital product environment
⁠Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and scale
⁠Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
⁠Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Confluence
⁠Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
⁠PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications are a strong plus
⁠Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is an advantage
