- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base, especially across the "hyperscaler" ICT players.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management within DC, Telco, or ICT-related sectors.
- Prior experience managing OR hunting for clients within: (1) Financial Sectors, esp. Banking; (2) SOEs; (3) Tech Hyperscaler is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is mandatory, while Mandarin skills is good to have.
- The ability to identify and close business opportunities effectively.
