Main responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base, especially across the "hyperscaler" ICT players.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management within DC, Telco, or ICT-related sectors.
  • Prior experience managing OR hunting for clients within: (1) Financial Sectors, esp. Banking; (2) SOEs; (3) Tech Hyperscaler is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English is mandatory, while Mandarin skills is good to have.
  • The ability to identify and close business opportunities effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of data center solutions and related technologies.
