Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement
Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear system specifications and user stories
Collaborate with software developers and QA teams during system design, development, testing, and deployment
Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and technical requirements
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and facilitating issue resolution
Provide post-implementation support and system troubleshooting
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
Proficient in system analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN)
Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Strong understanding of SDLC (both Agile and Waterfall)
Basic knowledge of databases and querying (e.g., SQL)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
