IT Operation Analyst responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of production systems and applications. This role involves monitoring system health, resolving incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, or production support roles.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic).
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, PLSQL, JavaScript, Jasper Report).
Familiarity with databases (e.g., Oracle).
Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
Familiarity with Webserver (e.g., Apache Tomcat).

Work Conditions:

May require shift work or on-call availability.
Hybrid or on-site work depending on company policy.
