Chief Agency Officer (Insurance)

Monroe Consulting Group is seeking Chief Agency Officer on behalf of a Notable Life Insurance Company based in Jakarta.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand and strengthen the agency distribution network.
Lead nationwide recruitment, development, and retention programs to build a quality agency force.
Set performance metrics and targets, and manage P&L for the agency business.
Design and implement best-in-class training, career pathing, and incentive systems.
Drive digital transformation and innovation within the agency model.
Build strong collaboration with marketing, product, underwriting, and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements :

Proven experience (10+ years) in agency development within the life insurance industry.
Strong track record in leading large sales/distribution teams to achieve ambitious targets.
Deep understanding of life insurance products, market dynamics, and agency lifecycle management.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
Innovative mindset with the ability to lead change and inspire performance.
