- Develop an action plan to achieve and exceed the revenue/new customer acquisition targets set for the year.
- Acquire new customers while constantly maintaining and upgrading the existing customer portfolio to achieve the set targets.
- Provide excellent service to customers (both existing and potential) by maintaining close relationships and managing their portfolios.
- Advise clients on various funding and investment options, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Monitor P2P market trends and regulatory changes affecting funding and investments.
- Ensure compliance with P2P regulations and internal policies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics of related field from Reputable University
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking,P2P, or financial services with a focus on funding and investments
- Strong understanding of funding mechanisms, investment strategies, and financial markets
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
