Review relevant laws, regulations, policies, and business rules relating to company business.
Provide legal services, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis, negotiate with counter parts and product exploration.
Working together with Compliance Department in reviewing proposed product, features, activity of the company and helping product/features/activity submission to regulator.
Manage and maintain corporate and licensing documents of the company.
Provide legal support to other departments.
Carry out independent legal research across many different areas of law and industry.
Where needed, manage, and communicate with external legal counsel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of law. Having a master’s degree is a plus.
At least 3 years experience in law firm/fintech/technology industry. Understand fintech regulations is a plus.
Strong skills in drafting legal documents.
Excellent English language (written and oral).
Motivated, meticulous, confident, highly responsible and independent.
Have strong willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellence communication skills.
