- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts
- Identify and assess legal risks, develop strategies to mitigate risks, and implement appropriate risk management measures
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, assess their impact on the company's operations, and recommend necessary adjustments
- Develop and implement effective compliance programmes and training initiatives

- Bachelor's degree in law and PERADI Licensed
- Minimum of eight years' experience as a legal professional in the mining industry or related sectors
- Extensive knowledge in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, investments, contracts
- Strong understanding of mining operations, licenses, permits, regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills with acute attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with managing legal risks, compliance programs, dealing with regulatory authorities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
