Through sustainable practices and strategic partnerships, Eramet Indonesia continues to strive for operational excellence.Major Responsibilities / OutputsPerformances analysis

Analyze performance and define the full potential.
Monitor contractor performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity increase.
Develop operational excellence dashboards, reports, and improvement projects (BI/OE).
Coordinate with mine planning and environment teams to ensure compliance of waste and water designs.
Conduct regular field audits, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

Continuous improvement

Collaborate with contractors and WBN teams to:

Identify improvement projects
Set priorities, deliverables, timelines, and implementation methods
Define best practices to optimize performance, ensure they are kept up to date, and properly communicated.
Lead performance improvement projects directly in the field and with the teams.
Lead improvement initiatives in water management, sediment ponds, drainage systems, and waste dumps.

Operations management system

Deploy, in collaboration with teams and contractors, an efficient and results-oriented operations management system, including:

Management routines
Lean & Six Sigma projects
Visual management
Visual SOPs
Integrated planning

Required Qualifications and experiencesEducation

Master's or Engineering degree in Mining, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

5+ years of experience in mining operations, waste/water management, or continuous improvement.
Experience in continuous improvement, project management, or mine productivity optimization.
Experience with operational excellence or BI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
Prior experience in a multicultural and multi-contractor mining environment is a strong asset.

Languages

Fluent English required.
Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin are valuable assets.

Technical Skills

Strong analytical and reporting skills, including use of GIS, dashboards, or FMS systems.
Good Knowledge of short- and medium-term mine planning concepts.
Knowledge of equipment performance metrics and mining productivity levers.
Strong Excel, data modeling, and reporting capabilities.

Soft Skills

Field-oriented mindset with strong contractor management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Field presence and collaboration with operators and supervisors.
Project management and stakeholder coordination.
Proactive and structured communicator.
Autonomy and adaptability in remote site conditions.
