Job Description - Prepare and file government tax returns for businesses and organizations. - Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required tax documents. - Review financial records, income statements, and expenditures to calculate taxable income. - Provide tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability. - Advise on tax-saving opportunities, such as deductions, credits, and investment strategies. - Keep informed of changes in tax laws and how they may affect their situation. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws. - Prepare and maintain accurate tax records for audits and legal purposes. - Maintain detailed and organized financial records related to taxes. - Track and manage income, deductions, and expenses throughout the year for tax purposes. - Reconcile financial statements with Tax reports to ensure accuracy (monthly VAT return with GL, monthly AR movement with Revenue in GL, COGS movement in Tax return with GL) - Assist tax audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Liaise with tax authorities (such as the IRS) on behalf of company to resolve disputes or issues. - Advise on business decisions that could impact taxes, such as mergers, acquisitions, and investments. - Prepare & Handling Transfer Pricing activity within and organization - Ensure that transfer pricing policies align with the company's Tax policies and comply with government regulation - Analyze intercompany transactions to ensure the Transfer Pricing are within arm's length. - Other duties as assigned.Job Requirement - Bachelor's degree - 5 years of experience as Tax Assistant Manager from any industry or have experience as Tax Consultant. - Business English proficiency. - Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing & Experience in APA
