Job Description - Conduct market research on apartment and office sell & buy prices, including market segmentation analysis - Plan and execute research, strategic initiatives, and projects within set timelines - Prepare property listings, verify client & buyer documents, and provide consulting services to clients & buyers - Conduct marketing activities to attract new clients & buyers, list properties, and support the end-to-end transaction process - Communicate with the marketing support and after-sales team; handle client & buyer requests and complaints related to apartment services - Act as a customer support representative and interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians - Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports - Perform other related tasks as assignedJob Requirement - Bachelor's degree graduate - High conversational (or above) in Japanese (JLPT N2 mandatory) and English - 1-2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in any industry, preferably from Property - Willingness to frequently visit sites to assist customers and tenants
