Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client, a global leader in the education industry in Indonesia that is looking to hire National Sales Director position and will be responsible for end-to-end sales strategy initiatives. This position will report directly to the Managing Director.

Develop, lead, and execute national sales strategies aligned with quarterly and annual

growth targets. Identify and prioritize focus areas based on market performance and
insights. * Support licensed partners in optimizing their center-level sales effectiveness throughtraining, campaign execution, and performance management. * Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 3 Regional Directors. Foster acollaborative, results-oriented culture. * Collaborate with the national marketing team to design and execute impactful campaignsthat drive leads, enrolments, and retention. Monitor performance and adapt strategies as
needed. * Use KPIs and reporting tools to monitor national and regional performance. 8+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in the education, retail, or multi-location

franchise sectors. * Proven success in managing regional or national sales functions and leadinggeographically distributed teams. * Strong understanding of B2C sales and customer acquisition funnels, ideally in a servicebased industry. * Experience working in a matrix or partner-led environment.

Data-driven decision-maker with experience using CRM and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
