Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.The Retail Enabler Pricing team in TikTok Shop Indonesia focuses on driving competitive pricing strategies through data-driven analysis and cross-functional alignment. We work closely with enablers, sellers, and category teams to ensure price competitiveness while maximizing growth and profitability.Responsibilities
- Support Pricing Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies for products and promotions.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on pricing trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align pricing with campaign goals.
- Campaign Pricing: Help set and track promotional pricing for sales events and assess their impact.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide general support to the pricing team as needed, including competitor research and data entry.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Preferred Qualifications
- Strong excel / google sheets knowledge
- Previous internship or coursework in pricing, data analysis, or market research.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex data.
