Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java (17/21) and modern frameworks (Spring Boot/WebFlux, Micronaut).
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations following best practices and security standards.
Manage database operations and data persistence with JPA/Hibernate, ensuring system performance.
Implement event-driven systems using tools like Kafka/NATS and caching with Redis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Deploy and monitor applications using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance and scalability.
Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Backend Engineer
Strong proficiency in Java 17/21, Spring Boot/WebFlux or Micronaut
Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, Netty, Kafka/NATS, and Redis.
Experience with MongoDB, OpenAPI, JWT/HMAC/RSA signing, and Docker.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
