INDICO is Telkomsel's subsidiary focusing on creating values in developing Indonesia's digital ecosystem. By harnessing telecom's commercial and technological assets, INDICO aspires to create a new economy, empowering Indonesians and enabling businesses across sectors to advance Indonesia's digital economy.INDICO believe we can reach beyond to empower Indonesians and enable businesses through our strong core values of EPIC WAY (Excellence, Positivity, Impactful Collaboration, Customer First, Walk the Talk, Accountability, Yes-if Mindset).Support daily operations for Digital Goods Commerce (DGC) products, especially around transaction monitoring, supplier/merchant onboarding, and API-related tasks. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how digital commerce products operate in practice, working alongside product managers, developers, and suppliers.What you will do but not limited to:
  • Assist in product configuration (SKU setup, supplier mapping, basic pricing updates).
  • Support supplier and merchant onboarding by helping prepare integration parameters (API keys, endpoints, callbacks, test transactions).
  • Perform basic product health checks (stock availability, transaction success rate, API response status).
  • Help investigate simple transaction/API issues and escalate findings to the relevant team.
  • Assist with finance reconciliation tasks (e.g., validating transaction logs vs supplier reports).
  • Document processes, FAQs, and step-by-step guides for onboarding and operations.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure API flows are tested and documented.
Requirements
  • Fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of API concepts (request/response, status codes, JSON).
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic dashboards.
  • Available for 6 months Intership Program
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience using Postman/Swagger for simple API testing (can be from coursework/projects).
  • Familiarity with dashboards or monitoring tools (Superset, Looker, Grafana) is a plus.
  • Interest in e-commerce, digital goods, or API-driven platforms.
