- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the region.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their performance and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners, fostering trust and collaboration to drive sales and market share growth.
- Conduct regular market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and identify emerging trends and consumer insights to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and increase product sales.
- Analyze sales data, market reports, and performance metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize sales performance.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets for the region, tracking actual performance against targets and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication with cross-functional teams such as production, supply chain, and finance to support timely order processing, product availability, and seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to the beverage industry, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance updates, and business reviews to the senior management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the consumer goods industry. Experience in the Beverage/Tobacco/Liquor category & Managing Multidistributor model will be preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Central Java
- In-depth knowledge of the beverage market, including consumer behaviour, distribution channels, and competitor landscape.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
