The CFO will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the financial strategy, management, and sustainability of the company's EPC projects. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring robust financial performance, compliance, and risk management across all operational areas.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
Oversee accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and risk management functions
Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
Drive financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
Provide accurate financial reporting and performance insights to stakeholders
Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and investor relations
Optimize working capital and cost control across large-scale EPC projects
Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
General Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the construction or EPC sector
Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, project finance, and cash flow management within complex infrastructure or industrial projects
Solid understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory environments
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience in multicultural work environments; expat experience in Indonesia/Asia is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
