Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts end-to-end.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Support investment-related operations and compliance; coordinate with the corporate secretary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Law, Business, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in contracts and/or compliance.
Strong communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
Investment and/or litigation experience is a plus.
