- Lead and monitor the companys budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting activities.- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements based on Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK).- Ensure timely and correct entries of all financial transactions into the accounting system.- Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.- Analyze company spending and provide recommendations for financial and bussines efficiency.Tax Compliance- Handle tax reporting and ensure compliance with all Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan, etc.).- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns.- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.Internal Control & Audit- Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance and accounting.- Support both internal and external audits.- Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.Mandarin Communication & Coordination- Act as the bridge between Indonesian teams and stakeholders or partners from China.- Assist in communication with Mandarin-speaking vendors, partners, or group company members.
