As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products that meet the needs of our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable. Your key responsibiliites will include:

Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop a deep understanding of the B2B product landscape and the competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback and data to identify user needs and preferences, and translate them into design solutions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve the design process and product quality.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-year experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, with a focus on B2B products.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, process, and results in a B2B context.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
