The Growth Specialist is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns to drive user growth (both online & offline) and ensure the quality of the acquired users is well maintained. This role ensures efficient project management, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to enhance acquisition & onboarding efforts.Key Responsibilities

Planning acquisition & onboarding strategies that align with business objectives with stakeholders.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across paid media, organic channels, partnerships, and referral programs.
Set KPIs for acquisition & onboarding campaigns and oversee performance tracking.
Overseeing end-to-end campaign execution for acquisition & onboarding.
Use analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MMPs, BI dashboards) to provide actionable insights.
Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders to refine acquisition & onboarding strategies.
Work closely with paid media, organic marketing, and CRM teams to enhance multi-channel acquisition.
Engage with tech teams to ensure smooth tracking, attribution modeling, and automation.
Oversee digital acquisition budgets and allocate spending efficiently across platforms.
Ensure cost optimization strategies to improve ROI while scaling successful acquisition channels.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and growth-focused project management.
Have experience in managing paid media, referral programs, and performance marketing.
Experience in affiliate, reseller, or dropshipper models is a plus.
Strong experience in strategizing, executing, and optimizing acquisition campaigns to drive user growth (both online & offline)
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven optimizations and attribution modeling.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize projects, and optimize workflows.
